Shipping policy

Delivery

Currently, we are only able to accept orders to UK mainland through our website. If you are based in the UK then you can also call us on 0782 104 8716 to place an order via telephone too.

All items are shipped as soon as possible and are sent via Royal Mail 48 untracked mail and should be with you within 48 hours of despatch. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been despatched.

In order to keep delivery costs down, large or heavy orders may be split and sent as separate consignments, at no extra charge to you. Where a postage method has been selected and a more expensive method is available, we may send your order via the more expensive method, at our expense with no additional cost to you.

We also offer a 'Local Delivery' service which you can choose at checkout for those within a 10 mile radius of Chester and is charged at £2. If you are eligible for that then that option will appear in the checkout once you have entered your address.

Orders valued from £0.01 to £15.99 will be charged at £3.29

Orders valued from £16.00 to £39.99 will be charged at £4.20

Delivery over £40 order value is FREE

We also offer a first class upgrade too in the checkout which is around £1 per order

Returns

If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and wish to return your order, then please email hello@lemontreecandles.co.uk to receive details on how to make a return. You will then have a further 14 days to return your item. Your item must be returned to us unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We are under no obligation to refund an item which does not meet the above criteria. Please contact us as our return address can vary.

We will refund the purchase price but not any costs incurred with the return delivery. Goods being returned are your responsibility and if lost or damaged in transit then we cannot be held responsible.

Damaged or Faulty items

You should check the item upon delivery.

 If an item is faulty or damaged or sent to you incorrectly, then you must notify us within 7 days by emailing us at hello@lemontreecandles.co.uk. If you do not notify us within 7 days then you will have been deemed to have accepted the item. We will also require supporting photographs to be sent to us. After a review of your request, we will either replace your order or process a refund.
